If you spot a calculator giving a result that looks wrong, want to suggest a new tool, found a broken link, or have feedback on an article, email is the best way to reach us.
What to include
- Calculator feedback: name the specific tool (for example, the Gift Match Calculator or Annual Fund Goal Calculator) and the numbers you entered, so the issue is reproducible.
- Content corrections:link the page and describe what’s inaccurate or out of date.
- Tool or article suggestions:tell us what you’re trying to figure out that the current tools don’t cover.
What we can’t do
We can’t give institution-specific fundraising, tax, or legal advice, and we’re not affiliated with any college, university, or alumni association — for anything tied to your institution’s policies or a donor’s specific situation, that has to go through a qualified advisor or your own advancement services office. There’s no fixed response time; we go through messages as they come in.
